Knowing God’s Will for Your Life

1. Trust and Walk with God. Proverbs 3:5-6

Christianity is nothing but a living relationship with the living God. Cultivate your relationship with God. The knowledge of God lead you to the truth and while we read the written and revealed Word of God, he will reveals His heart and will to us.

2. Surrender your will to God’s will. Romans 12:1-2

Before God will begin to reveal His will to you, you must be committed to doing whatever it is that He desires for you to do. God will surely reveal his will through the Bible, other believers, circumstances etc Do not expect Him to you in a vision or dream. We have already with us the written and revealed Word of God.

3. Obey what you already know to be God’s Will.

Our God is the God of direction. Jesus directed his disciples with details to arrange the donkey for his travel to Jerusalem and later arrange the Last supper. God will lead us step by step. Obey the first step then he will lead you to the next.

4.  Counsel of the Godly people.

God always uses men and women to do His will and purpose. God established the Church to have guidance, fellowship and for worship. God may speak to us through fellow believers who love God.

5.  use the God given gift and talent to you.

6. Listen to the Spirit of God John 16:13.

  • But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

7. Be sensitive to your inner voice and Listen to your heart.

When you accept the Lord He makes our heart and conscious clean to listen to Him.

So, keeps your conscious sharp listening to the Spirit of God

8. God also uses the nature and circumstances to reveal his will to us.

9.  Read and meditate the Bible regularly , the truth will lead you and reveal the will of God.

10. Prayer and Fellowship of other Believers

Learning from Moses, the great spiritual leader

Learning from Moses, the great spiritual leader   The backbone of FMPB is prayer and prayer group leaders. Prayer groups throughout the world are the base in which FMPB till today stands and moves forward trusting God. So, we have to give importance to the Prayer groups and their leaders. One of the things that threaten us is, lack of young leadership. Most of the leaders are getting old and the second line leadership growth is very less to our expectations. Let us pray so that God can raise many young leaders who will have the same vision and commitment as the early leaders. They should own FMPB and love this big family. The first greatest spiritual leader of the Bible was the prophet, Moses. He was a role model and a prayer warrior in human history. He had the vision of redeeming his people, which was the plan of God. So, God fulfilled His plan of redeeming the people of God from Egyptian slavery. He was an outstanding leader because God chose him and guided him thro...
